VELORA started as a single worldwide storefront, with the aim of making a wide range of everyday and lifestyle products easy to discover, compare, and buy securely, no matter where a customer is shopping from. As the catalogue has grown, so has the idea behind it: rather than being one generic store, VELORA is becoming a family of stores — some worldwide, and some built specifically for individual countries or brands.

How Orders Work

When you place an order, VELORA processes your payment securely, confirms your order, and coordinates fulfilment. Some products are shipped directly from VELORA's own fulfilment, while others are fulfilled through verified third-party suppliers — in both cases, delivery estimates, shipping cost, and any country restrictions are shown clearly before you check out.

Worldwide and Country-Specific Shopping

VELORA's main storefront ships to most countries by default, with any product-specific delivery restrictions shown directly on the product page. Alongside this, we're building dedicated country stores — focused storefronts tailored to a specific country's currency and delivery needs. VELORA Sri Lanka is the first of these, currently in preparation.

Secure Payments

Payments on VELORA are processed through PayPal, including direct debit/credit card payment without needing a PayPal account. VELORA never sees or stores your full card details — that's handled entirely within PayPal's secure payment system.
