We aim for product descriptions, images, and pricing to be accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before proceeding, and you'll be able to cancel for a full refund if you'd prefer not to continue.

Prices and Currency

Prices may be displayed in a currency you select for convenience; the exact amount charged is calculated and confirmed by our payment processor, PayPal, at the time of payment.

Discounts

Discount codes are subject to their own individual conditions (such as expiry dates, minimum order values, or per-customer usage limits) shown at the time of use. Only one discount code may be applied per order.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment has been verified — until then, VELORA reserves the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), with a full refund of anything already paid.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal, including direct card payment without a PayPal account. VELORA does not collect or store full card details.

Stock Availability

Product availability can change, including for items fulfilled through third-party suppliers. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you about a refund or alternative.

Supplier Fulfilment

Some products are fulfilled through verified third-party suppliers rather than shipped directly by VELORA. This does not change your rights under these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery and Country Restrictions

The VELORA name, branding, and original site content are the property of LOKKA. Product images and descriptions sourced from suppliers remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

Limitation of Liability

VELORA provides this website and its products on an "as available" basis.
