- Account information — name, email address, and a securely hashed password (VELORA never stores your password in plain text).
- Contact details — email and phone number provided at checkout or through the Contact Us form.
- Delivery addresses — the shipping address(es) you provide for your orders.
- Order information — items purchased, order value, order status, and related history.
- Payment references — VELORA does not collect or store your full card details. Card and PayPal payments are processed directly by PayPal; VELORA retains only payment status and reference identifiers needed to manage your order (such as a PayPal order/transaction ID).

- Analytics — basic, first-party usage analytics (such as page views) to help us understand how the store is used. This does not use third-party advertising cookies.
